REAL FUND - is a platform for the co-investment of cryptocurrency into   real estate.

The creation of  REAL FUND was started in  2014 by a team of experienced investors in the real estate market,  Micha Nesher and Kirill Yudilevich. The co-founders of REAL FUND are specialists with many years of experience in the field of residential and commercial real estate .

The REAL FUND platform integrates classic investment mechanisms with new technologies such as blockchain. The combination of these investment mechanisms allows for a significantly simple and secure investment process while also automating the profit distribution system. The platform will  purpose projects in countries with high economic indicators (A +) such as Israel, England, Germany and the United States.

REAL FUND conducts the selection for real estate properties, and also performs  in-depth analysis to develop an effective management model. After this, the projects are placed on a platform where each investor can choose the most interesting one for investment. In addition, investors can transfer funds to trust management.

REF is a secure digital token of the ERC20 standard released on the Ethereum. It can be purchased for cryptocurrency and fiat. Purchased REF’s can be used to invest in projects, store in the wallet, vote in the decision making process and trade on the crypto-exchange.

REAL FUND was created with the goal of uniting investors from different countries to participate in platform projects of collective real estate purchasing. The platform is open for investors of different levels. There are no minimum and maximum investment sums. Investors can take part in projects as well as invest any amount of funds starting with 1 REF.
