Scheduled meetings and visited with store managers, mid-market managers, and supervisors to introduce Store Ambassador Program. As an example of loss reduction and revenue generation during a tour noticed associates discussing an apparel inventory issue. Upon further conversations, the store was receiving too many jean sizes that were not selling. After further research they realized the product had been mis -SKU’d nationally. Once the issue was resolved millions in sales were added to top-line revenue over the next quarters. Won “Store Ambassador of the Year” Award. • Chosen to, adhered to strict guidelines, and utilized highly skilled driving capabilities with its purpose to represent driver professionalism and eliminate the common stereotype of professional truck drivers. Selected as one of eight drivers out of over 10,000 to represent the Walmart Road Team nationwide. Lee Scott, CEO made a public statement that “the final selections stood head and shoulders above any other contestants.” The first year received the jacket as an alternate. In the following years, he received the jacket for the Road team. The only driver to receive two Road Team jackets is pictured in the Walmart Museum in Bentonville, Arkansas as best of the best and Drivers Handbook. • Educated, represented, and developed curriculum for young drivers and teenagers in Virginia school districts, on awareness of safety programs to help them understand the necessity of the industry and apprise them of the inherent dangers of big trucks and roadway safety in conjunction with Virginia's driver education programs.
