Technical Governance Consultant

• Process modelling and optimization in support for several projects regarding cement kilns or cement mills. Relied heavily on a tool developped as a hobby. A flexible process simulation tool developped in Java (C# later) that can simulate many unit operations of a cement plant and a flowsheet involving these operations. Operations cover: cement kiln including heat exchange and chemical transformations, rotary kiln, cyclones, gas-gas heat exhangers, clinker coolers, cement mills including drying, dryers, ...
