Ocobo is the leading French agency specializing in Revenue and RevOps strategies. It assists tech startups, SMEs, and large corporations by providing optimal strategies for organizing revenue teams, constructing customer journeys, developing sales processes, structuring data, and managing compensation. The agency is particularly effective in helping its clients enhance key performance indicators like Sales Velocity and Net Revenue Retention (NRR), facilitating more efficient sustainable growth, fostering high-performing organizations, and ultimately enabling them to achieve more with fewer resources.

Marketing & GTM

Yousign

· My missions: 
- Developing and facilitating revenue growth through marketing, including demand creation and capture, pipeline generation, and aligning marketing programs with business objectives.
- Building and expanding the Yousign brand for SMEs in three countries (France, Germany, and Italy).
- Creating the marketing team from scratch, structuring it into departments such as Growth, Tech, Performance, Product Marketing, and Brand.
- Developing and managing an integrated team of 15 people at its peak, comprising different nationalities and levels of seniority (junior, senior, team lead, and head of).
- Managing and monitoring a multi-million euro budget, and adhering to KPIs such as CAC Payback Period.
- Being the first business profile in the company (roles of SDR/AE and customer support for one year) and recruiting the first Sales/Customer Success profiles.

I have experienced the growth of the company from 5 to over 200 people, two funding rounds (including one of over €30 million), an acquisition (Canyon), a unique strategic and financial collaboration with eFounders and its core team, and the growth of Yousign to several tens of millions in ARR.

· About Yousign
🔏 Yousign is an easy-to-use, legally binding eSignature solution that empowers SMBs to secure their agreements. The Yousign platform and API streamline approval workflows, secure agreements, and offer a top-notch experience to customers, partners, and teams.

Yousign is primarily active in France, Germany, and Italy. Anticipating the shift towards paperless processes long before its European competitors, Yousign helps thousands of sales, purchasing, HR, legal, and IT teams digitalize and automate their contract processes.

Startup Weekend

· My roles: 
Cheerful and dynamic organizer and facilitator of the eponymous events of the organization Startup Weekend (a program acquired by Techstars). After participating in several editions, where I immersed myself even more concretely in the world of startups through this high-intensity format, I was able to lead the organization (several editions, up to 200 people for 54 hours) and facilitate (animate) numerous events, including in Caen, Le Havre, Brest, Oxford, and others.

· My missions at InsIDE (Institute of Entrepreneurship of EM Normandie):
- Developing the student incubator across the different sites of the school.
- Coaching and training students during the creation of their startups.
- Founding "Thursdays of Innovation," a day dedicated to startups, their ecosystem, and the essential skills needed for success.
- Launching and hosting a series of conferences with entrepreneurs from the tech scene.
- Co-founding the "Startup and Digital Development" Master/Ms program, accredited by the Conférence des Grandes Ecoles (award-winning).
- Co-founding a boot camp for coding training on Saturday mornings.
- Leading various courses and training days in marketing for Master, MBA, and professional education (both intra and inter-professional).

CCI Caen Normandie

· My missions:
- Assist entrepreneurs in starting their businesses across various sectors, including commerce, services, hospitality, industry, and startups.
- Evaluate business models and business plans.
- Assist with financial paperwork and support in obtaining funding (institutional funds, bank loans, BPI funds, business angels).
- Serve as a presenter at information days and as a trainer in various training programs.
- Organize events, including the "Trophy of Economic Hope" award (+150 ppl).

About CCI Caen Normandie
The Caen Normandy Chamber of Commerce and Industry, a public establishment of the state led by business leaders, aims to be useful to nearly 20,000 businesses of all sizes, including small shops, SMEs, intermediate-sized enterprises, and large groups. The Caen Normandy CCI's activities encompass four main areas: economic development with support for businesses and territories, management of the Caen-Carpiquet airport facilities, management of port facilities, and education and training.
