I have over 20 years of experience in property and regeneration, and over a decade in business leadership and people development. I am currently an Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) Strategic Advisor to Turley, and am supporting Regeneration Brainery in their mission to increase diversity in the property & regeneration industry by creating knowledge of and entry pathways into the industry, and giving industry access to a more diverse pool of talent. Since 2021, I have also worked with City Football Group to help deliver transformational change through the development process at and around the Etihad Campus, Manchester. Previously, as Strategic Planning Director at Vita Group I was responsible for the Group's entire portfolio, which includes the Vita Student, CitySuites, Affinity Living, Vita Living and Union brands in the UK and overseas, delivering projects worth over £1bn GDV to the business. Prior to that I was Head of Deloitte Real Estate in the North West, heading up a multi-disciplinary team of planners, surveyors, cost consultants, sustainability advisors and project managers. As a Director in Deloitte's Planning team, I also guided clients through the planning process for some of the North West’s most significant regeneration projects. I authored Deloitte’s Manchester Crane Survey for 15 years.
