My passion is helping organizations, leaders, and teams use the right thinking, conversations, and tools to drive sustainable profit and growth. My methods bring together three key areas: Creating disciplined customer focus, Fostering creative thinking, and Leveraging our humanness, flaws and all. I believe in being practical and having an edge. I spent over 15 years “in the trenches” delivering $20M to $2B in annual sales targets, launching products and finding growth in mid-to-late lifecycle brands. Later, my team and I built from scratch an operations function in a Fortune 100 company. I like to see results, make an impact, and get things done. But I also believe in being decidedly human in HOW things get done. The intersection of people and profit has been an important aspect of my work. Having lived in six countries and traveled to over forty, I bring a global curiosity and a drive to help others realize their potential. On the front lines of change, I ran marketing and sales capabilities for 4,500 employees, and developed scores of leaders and teammates across my career. In my PhD research, I discovered new ways for executives to create the good life they deserve, and bring this perspective in all the work we do at Lime. How can I help you grow?
