As a Concur Implementation Project Manager, I worked directly with each of my clients to design and configure their Concur sites (SaaS) to optimize automating their Expense and Accounts Payable process.   With each client, I closely managed their project timeline, offered best practice solutions, and provided user training on how to efficiently use their Concur site.

•	Understanding and analyzing various business requirements for multiple clients across various industries including global and public sectors
•	Create an exceptional experience for my clients during their implementation while managing our agreed upon project plan and timeline.
•	Train clients on how to use, deploy, administer and test their SaaS site in addition to training them on how to import and extract data for their ERP integration.
•	Manage each project by conducting weekly calls, email communications, and other meetings as needed.
•	Work with various internal specialists that are assigned by specific services purchased by the client.
•	Work with various external and 3rd parties contracted by client to assist with their implementation and ERP integration to include APIs.
•	Assist Implementation Project Managers with product related questions as well as assist with configuration issues.
•	Proactively stay abreast of product enhancements and the Research and Development pipeline in order to consult my clients accordingly.
•	Attend and participate in various company meetings to learn about new processes and features that are product related.
•	Work closely with cross-functional teams throughout Concur to obtain the most up-to-date knowledge in the best interest of my clients and the internal organization.
