Responsible for managing Oracle relationships with Mid Market Businesses in Italy.

Commercial Account Executive - ERP and HCM Cloud Solutions

Zucchetti

Responsible for new business development, direct and indirect sales growth on italian and international market.

Main activities included :

• Building and nurturing Strategic Alliances with World-leading Software Vendors or BPO providers; 
• Support foreign business development activities done by international branches and companies of the Zucchetti Group (ERP, IoT, Retail solution, etc.);
• New business generation using both social media and cold callings;
• Participating in Gartner's HCM vendor qualification on Zucchetti HCM Suite;
• Managing accounts throughout the entire sales process, and collaborates with team member to uncover all customer needs

Application areas of expertise and acquired knowledge : HCM cloud Solutions (ranked among the top 30 HCM Software according to Gartner); Workforce Management; Talent Management; Business Travel Management; Safety & Risk Compliance; ERP; IoT & Fleet Management; Social Collaboration Software; Enterprise Social Network.

International Sales and Business Development Manager

Responsible for new business development both with Direct Accounts and Partners on the Italian market. 

Main activities included:

• Develop trusted business relationships with customers, partners and distributors, understanding their challenges, objectives, investment drivers and propose effective solutions;
• Cold callings for new business generation;
• Introduce IaaS solution matching customer's needs; 
• Analysis, segmentation and prioritisation of an assigned territory to identify opportunities; 
• Recognised as strong contributor for the launch of the new Zucchetti Cloud Portal (VM, Cloud Storage, Load Balancing, DR, etc.); 
• Regular face to face meetings with client; Support for Back Oﬃce (administration, customer care);
• Sales & marketing support and training activities (including webinars, events, etc.) for Italian partners;
• Manage existing accounts.

Areas of expertise and acquired knowledge : Iaas; Datacenter; Cloud; VmWare; Disaster Recovery; Backup Solutions.
