Educator, department lead, and literacy trainer for adult learners. I have earned a BA in Business Management and a MA in Teaching. Prior to working in a public organization, I gained valuable experience as a client services trainer with the Landry's Corporation and regularly rely on this skillset to support my current role. My experience as an educator has equipped me to be an organized project manager, an ambitious problem solver, and a confident communicator. I am passionate about creating positive learner outcomes for the individual and the organization. I accomplish this by building trusting relationships based in understanding individual interests and cultural backgrounds. High quality learning is data driven. I am proficient in using organization specific metrics to deliver data driven, individualized instruction. Currently, I am based in Fort Myers, Florida. I’m open to discussing local opportunities; however, a remote role would be ideal. I am also an avid traveler and open to discussing roles that carry these requirements.
