Growth Marketing is the topic that I like most. Why? Because it combines a traditional, holistic understanding of marketing (not just advertising) with a modern, agile and systematic growth approach/ mindset. With my experience in web product management and marketing in the Swiss recruitment and venture capital markets, I would describe myself as an allrounder. A species that is endangered in our times of hyper specialization. But allrounders are needed more than ever. Growth Marketing is just one example why interdisciplinary capabilities and hands-on experimenting are crucial to succeed.
