I currently lead Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) within the Business Transformation Office, responsible for the design and execution of initiatives to increase agility across the MFC Business Area and the LM Corporation. I provide consulting expertise and advice on implementing agile projects related to organization design, effectiveness, and change management. I have experience with creating, implementing and sustaining strategic initiatives through the development of new processes, procedures and solutions as a Black Belt Facilitator. I have experience in managing major subcontractor’s performance on multiple programs.
