My main responsibility as a Kids Yoga instructor, include delivering Yoga to the ages of 4 - 11 year olds as an exercise and meditation technique which is based around finding balance of mind through breathing, posture, stretching, fun, games and storytelling. As a teacher, I instruct my students in the art of yoga in order to increase their fitness and personal health, in both body and mind. I do not teach religion.

I was a Remote, Online English teacher. I taught children based in China, pre-prepared English as a foreign language, lessons. The students were aged from 2.5 years to 16 years old and the classes are delivered via a Mobile language app. Through using teaching skills, and creating a feeling of certainty that I will deliver on individual students goals, I have been able to reach "Level 5" status as well as being marked as a "Best Teacher."

My main responsibility is as the Personal Assistant to the Communications Director and Team Assistant to the wider Communications Team.

In this role I:
- Managed daily budget issues, including raising purchase orders, validating invoices and ensuring correct reconciliation, and POS stock.
- Organised comprehensive travel arrangements (flights, hotels, transfers etc).
- Provided organisational support for meetings, conferences and workshops, nationally and globally.
- Processed expenses for the Communications Director.
- Diary Managed for the Communications Director and the Communications Team's calendar.
- Provided organisational support to the communications team for projects such as international launches, multi-market PR activity and events.
- Co-ordinated with external agencies as required.

Recent achievements include:
- Played a key organisational role at The Chivas Venture Final, hosted at TNW Conference in Amsterdam.
- Managed the organisation of the travel and logistics of 25 people to Scotland for an internal communications project.
- Received an internal VIP Award for introducing a new process which saved over 18 hours of work per week for the department.

Personal Assistant

From Aug 2017 to Jan 2018, I was the Team Assistant to the Chivas Regal Marketing Director and Marketing team. 

This position was a fantastically well timed and welcomed challenge which was a Maternity Cover directly supporting the Chivas Regal Marketing Director and his team of 28 incredible Marketeers.

After joining GSK on a contract in 2011, I progressed into a number of positions and projects within the invoicing team, PMO team and Trade Route team. 

One particular project involved the implementation of a new software (SAP). In under two months, I successfully on-boarded 350 members of staff by provided training and support as they familiarised themselves with the new software. I became the ‘go-to person’ with anything related to SAP.

During my time as a Trade route analyst, I collaborated very closely with our customers and worked through root cause analysis of customer queries in order to resolve any issues that they had. My role consisted of training my customers on our process and with the success rate it had with E-invoicing (75% success rate in invoices being completed in 24 hours) I held webinars via Skype and weekly check-in calls to train contacts in EST once a month and as and when needed.
