FI payments of utilities and GCC . 
Stakeholder Management
Banking of cheques and coordination with Chennai and Manila for allocation of payments received to the correct cost centres.
Reclassification of GL or cost centres and recovery of costs via IG Billing.

-	Successful sharing of knowledge on answers/resolution to process or transaction issues with AP team, Manila.
-	Maintained good KPI and SLA on process and payments.

Smarter Spender - Requisition to Pay

**Finance(Accounts Payable)-Smarter Spender 
Managed invoices & payment or transfer records 
Managed creation of payment request based on business demand. 
Goods and Services Requestor and Receiptor and invoices entry register  to SERP. 
Invoices sent for scanning after matching with Purchase Orders to be processed by Manila Payables Team.
Liaison with accounts payable team for payment processing by Vendor (KL and Manila office) . Communicative Focal for Payables in Manila and Contract and Procurement customer service on payment matters in Malaysia.
Engagement confirmation process for Intra Group coding and submission of sales order for IG Billing.
Engagement with other SSU globally and AP on PO or payment issues.
Stakeholder’s engagement on monthly AP process.
Managed workloads in multiple demands and completing priorities to ensure deadlines are met while maintaining the quality and integrity on a sustainable basis

-      Smooth relocation from few locations to Wisma Shell, Cyberjaya
-	Smooth transition within the organization on access, parking, office supplies, and others. 
-       Part of the Real Estate team to achieve the first LEED Gold and Platinum certified building in 
        Malaysia.
-	Established good relations with people in SBSC (shared service centre) as well as other Shell entities.
-	Successful in resolving issues relating to Record Management on storage cleanup.
