Acquiring top international keynote speakers, including the CFO of Lego, in-depth industry research, nationwide stakeholder relations, and team leadership.

Leader of regional community projects for the BOP Economic Development Agency, focusing on growth of the entrepreneurial ecosystem, regional skills attraction, and community development of young professionals and the ageing population across the region. Public and private sector stakeholder relations, strategic regional planning, community management, change management, and engagement strategy. Key highlights:
- Expanding the region's first co-working space, Ignition, to become a prime place for entrepreneurs and small businesses to co-work. From business case, Board consultation and sign-off, to co-design, public relations, community change management, and fit-out project management
- Community Manager for Ignition Co-working Space and for Priority One's Young Professionals group, facilitating events, developing engagement strategy, and growing the YP community three-fold
- Curating BOP's first Innovation Forum for the ageing population, with Sir Ray Avery as Chair, to activate greater connection between the demographic, the wider community, and the region's needs
- Overseeing a skills attraction campaign for skilled expats to the region via targeted online campaigns showcasing BOP's competitive advantages to offshore Kiwis

Project & Community Manager

Producer and manager of nationwide conferences spanning all industries and sectors; leading industry research, programme design and creation, local and international speaker acquisition, stakeholder management, copy writing, sponsorship and marketing collaboration, and full event organisation and management. Conferences included:
- NZ CFO Summit (in partnership with Fairfax Media)
- NZ Transport Summit (in association with the Ministry of Transport)

Conference Producer

CPG New Zealand Ltd

Supporting CPG’s Business Development initiatives, I became the NZ Project Manager of optimising the company's Tender Tracking System used by Project Managers across the company to track current and potential tenders, and providing data for financial forecasting. I was responsible for the adaptation and implementation of the system, with key tasks including:
-	Collaboration with Executives, GMs and reporting engineer staff to identify System needs
-	Facilitating and translating different group needs into the System
-	Leading project initiatives with the IT and Marketing departments
-	Change management, and preparing, communicating and gaining buy-in from all users
-	Training users across NZ and AU in groups or individually: One-on-one. phone, or online 
-	Managing post-lauch trouble-shooting and further training 

I then became Project Manager for adapting and implementing a new CRM System introduced by CPG's parent company, Downer NZ. The system had to be changed from a consulting focus to CPG's contracting focus, along with other change requirements. I was trained by Downer in its CRM System, and then communicated with CPG and Downer across NZ, Australia, Singapore and Vietnam to represent CPG NZ's needs and coordinate changes.

Business Development Support & Project Manager

As Administrator to the General Manager, Commercial and to the National Solicitor, I was responsible for various commercial tasks including:
- Competitor and commercial research
- Collating regional reports for national forecasting
- Vehicle Fleet Coordinator for Northern Region
- National Insurance Coordinator including policy review and updates

As a result of working closely with the General Managers, I became involved in a wide range of business development initiatives, which led to being promoted to National Marketing Coordinator, where I managed and assisted internal projects including:
- Co-designing and launching CPG’s intranet
- Policy planning and development, including a Marketing Style Guide
- Re-design of CPG’s website and content

Corporate Administrator & National Marketing Coordinator

Values-led professional with over ten years' experience leading major projects, teams, and events. Qualified in law and social sciences (psychology major), with technical abilities in both system and people development. Key interests in community-led development, systems thinking, and people-centred experience design; with skills in relationship building, communication, strategy development, and turning concept into reality; spanning commercial, non-profit and social enterprise sectors. Focused on enhancing high impact initiatives and teams to successfully deliver outcomes for good.
