My collaboration with oncology academic cancer account leadership in New England including, Upstate New York, is to build relationships and implement initiatives which provide solutions to complex healthcare challenges. As Associate Director, I lead internal teams (commercial, medical, reimbursement, nurse educators, payer, marketing) for all pre launch strategies for our entire ADC and emerging asset oncology portfolio to Leadership, Quality, Clinical Research, Population Health Decision Makers, Pharmacy, Health Outcomes, Innovation teams. My portfolio position allows me the privilege to interface collaboratively with C-Suite and key medical decision makers including KOL’s , within Academic, GPO’S, large IDN’s to remove barriers advancing the continuum of patient care with a strategic focus with pre launch information and health economics. Launches with DSI: TDXD -breast - 2L, Her2 low, 3rd line TDXD- GI, mutant NSCLC and compendia listings Injectafer- pediatric and heart failure AML- Quizartinib AML Pending launches - new asset in HER3 in lung and DATO-dxd. I lead all contracting with GPO’s and Hospital/IDN’s for our portfolio.
