Responsible for managing and executing +475K in annual ROTC Scholarships.

-Mentored and trained 35 midshipmen to create a proactive and innovative culture while maintaining discipline resulting in 95% commissioning rate and a 10% increase in morale.

Customer Success Manager & Instructor at Old Dominion University

Fostered fleet and NROTC engagement by identifying previous risks and mapping new tracking models, communication meetings, and transportation methods that allowed the completion of 716 student summer training cruises across 77 NROTC units, 17 ships, and two ports during COVID-19. Resulted in a 20% increase in previously unused landings and 60% reduction in response time between students, ships, and commands. Solidified ODU ROTC as the primary coordinator for all future training.

East Coast Summer Training Program Manager

-Led training, qualification, and certification of 70 personnel in 276 watchstations for Navy’s first A1B nuclear propulsion plant to pass the certification standards of Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program.

-Provided weeks of in-depth reactor training to watch teams resulting in first-time success of primary and secondary relief valve resting for both reactor plants.

Propulsion Program Manager - USS GERALD R. FORD (CVN 78)

-Oversaw 40 sailors responsible for maintenance, testing, and operation of all reactor control systems, including control rods, automatic reactor monitoring, and safeguards of two nuclear reactors resulting in the successful completion of 200+ retests on reactor safety equipment during the post-shakedown availability.

-Integrated audit and surveillance practices with new technologies to increase efficiency and completion resulting in 100+ evaluations with 20 first-time watch teams completing first-time evolutions error-free.

Reactor Control & Safety Quality Control Manager - USS GERALD R. FORD (CVN 78)

-Certified to manage Nuclear Operations by Department of Energy and the US Navy. Completed demanding year-long Nuclear Training Pipeline including advanced academics and hands on nuclear operations operating nuclear-powered Moored Training Ships. 

-Academic training includes graduate level physics, chemistry, thermodynamics, electrical engineering, and nuclear reactor dynamics. Hands on training includes leading nine person teams to operate and manage contingencies on the S5W Nuclear Reactor. Focuses include appropriate casualty response, advanced integrated drills and simulator operations, and nuclear accident prevention and mitigation.

Navy Nuclear Officer Training – Navy Nuclear Power Program

-Led 300+ Sailors in the technological integration and application of the billet-based distribution manpower system and created the standardized shift for all of 7th fleet (20,000 Sailors).

- Supervised/Trained division of 8-10 sailors in administrative management of 300+ personnel records. Tracked flawless execution of over 3500 transactions resulting in a 93% on the Field Examination Group Audit.

-Trusted in executing all legal proceedings including: 30 Non-judicial punishments, two court martial proceedings, and eighty-five powers of attorneys with zero deficiencies. 

-Directed 11-person team as Officer of the Deck for the ship’s deployment including contested south China sea patrols, flight operations, carrier operations, and underway replenishments completing 6 successful patrols.

As a Solution Engineer HOH Fellow at Salesforce, I build and deliver customized demonstrations for enterprise customers, leveraging my Salesforce Certified Administrator, App Builder, and Sales Cloud Consultant credentials. I enjoy using technology to solve complex problems and create value for clients.

Before joining Salesforce, I served as a Nuclear Surface Warfare Officer in the US Navy, leading teams of various sizes and managing diverse programs and projects. I improved efficiency, safety, quality, and morale by applying my critical thinking, attention to detail, and teaching skills.

My goal is to continue to use my skills and experience to provide innovative and user-friendly solutions that meet the needs of customers and stakeholders. I am passionate about learning, building, and solving, and I am always ready for new challenges and opportunities.
