Hi, I’m Michelle. Originally from Australia, I’ve traveled to 55 countries, lived in 12, and been obsessed with numbers and testing my entire career. It started with a job as an economist for the 7th largest company in the world. They sent me to live halfway across the globe at 24 yrs old. There’s a lot of risk in $50 billion dollar projects. It was my job to look at every possible scenario. To calculate costs for the best case and the worst. I loved the strategy and numbers, but I craved something more. Off to the other half of the globe, I moved to New York and co-founded a VC backed video compression company. And after going down the rabbit hole in SaaS and machine learning, I finally found the bits and pieces of business that excite me the most . . . and started Demand Conversion.
