Leads the team responsible for the definition, planning, implementation, management, and delivery of insights for new and ongoing customer feedback efforts.  Responsible for partnering with the business to establish and maintain a holistic, cross-functional Customer Feedback strategic plan. Works closely with the organization to thoroughly understand business needs for customer feedback, proactively identifies opportunities, determines appropriate solutions, and prioritizes deliverables in alignment with corporate strategic initiatives.

Designs, plans, executes and analyzes behavioral research studies that assess customer experience, psychosocial outcomes, post market product use, market potential, product/service design, customer acceptance and general unmet needs in the diabetes and related field. 

Leads the execution of all logistical aspects of online survey research initiatives, including survey research design and methodology, managing Qualtrics- the customer experience survey software platform, engineering technical requirements, survey distribution and data collection, and subsequent data analysis and research reports. Works with key stakeholders to design and execute survey research and dashboards with live and actionable insights.
