I am physician who worked in academic medicine for over 10 years with a strong focus on leadership in medical education. I served in leadership roles as a fellowship program director, communication training facilitator as well as involvement in hospital wide committees and research. I completed an intensive coaching program through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) and am a certified coaching professional.
