I'm a Conversational AI specialist with over 7 years of experience in the enterprise AI space. An engineer by degree, I've been a solution designer and UX expert for multiple Fortune 500 brands via CDIS and Jio Haptik. I currently work with the Conversation Design Institute team in Amsterdam, helping enterprises establish and scale their Conversational AI Product strategy. Since 2017, I've designed over 100 virtual assistants, founded the Conversation Design team at Jio Haptik, authored multiple playbooks on virtual assistant design, and enjoy evangelizing the growing AI space in the UAE. English Language Training(ELT) is another love of mine. I've had the opportunity to coach everyone from Engineering students to senior citizens and impart my love for the English language. When I'm not working, I enjoy helping grammatically challenged souls, bookworming, and finding funny things on the Internet.
