I'm ecstatic to launch my coaching and consulting practice!  After 35+ years in Employee Engagement, (aka People Operations and Human Resources), where I was focused on building strategic people plans to align with business goals, and coaching executives and leaders at various levels, I've decided to step out and focus on my passion - coaching professionals to realize their full potential. In addition, I'll be offering consulting in a variety of areas including building productive and effective teams and organizations by providing teambuilding workshops, Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) assessments  and training in other areas where teams and organizations can benefit from my real world experience and multiple certifications.

Organizational Design and Development:
• Works collaboratively as a member of the Executive Team to help set the strategic direction for the Company and align policies and practices accordingly. 
• Partner with the Executive Team and next level managers in defining optimal organizational structures to meet dynamic and high growth work environment. 
• Acts as an internal consultant and coach to the Executive Team and other leaders on human resources and general business issues that affect organizational performance and business relationships.
• Partners closely with both Executive Team and senior managers to attract, retain, and grow our team members. 
• Establishes scalable, efficient and effective reporting structures that leverage internal talent, ensure the right people are in the right roles and identify organizational deficiencies that may require outside talent.

HR Infrastructure:
• Built the HR infrastructure by putting scalable processes in place that correlate HR functions with operational functions. 
• Assembled a strong team including legacy staff and new talent.
• Oversee and participate in benefit design, compliance, employment matters, policy development and employee relations.
• Collaborate with finance on compensation, benefits, payroll, compliance and employment law issues.
