I have a curiosity to see people thrive in business alongside exploring the fast changing nature of business. I balance this with the exploration of the big challenges and changes in the world especially online. I am passionate about building a culture of purpose, passion, regeneration of traditional wisdom and changing relationship to our earth. I know a massive part of the changes that we need is through our health connection to self. I have founded Thrivingly as a reflection of this passion and purpose alongside my years of experience organising events and festivals, building communities, business management and expansion. With 20 years of experience I have built a range of skills from practical implementation in: - building and managing communities - business management and growth - marketing strategies and campaigns - project management and delivery of large scale projects - implementation of tech systems including enterprise resource management system for a scaling food company - organising small and large scale events/festivals - identifying and implementing the right technology to improve efficiencies, security and communications - designing and implementing websites on various platforms ==> Experiencing working with various organisations I have worked with startups, scale ups, technology companies, universities and various levels of government. I have run facilitated innovation events, organised and designed the largest inaugural (distributed) technology innovation festival in the world and shared the knowledge and experience of innovation and business skills to empower the next generation of entrepreneurs. I have experience managing innovation co-working spaces and serving as a Director on their governance boards. ==>Journey of self is important when building purpose driven business In recent years the biggest and most important work has been my journey within. As much as I searched for answers outside in the world, the real answers and the necessary step before any real change - my own personal revolution. I know that this impacts everything and especially we people we attract into our in our lives, the teams that we build, our customers and our communities. Through societal and family conditioning, if you are not aware, it can limit you from becoming the most expansive, luminous and thriving version of you. It did for me.
