Hi! I am Michelle, an energetic, innovative and results-focused marketing professional with over 20 years of distinguished business leadership experience. As Partner and Chief Marketing Officer at Mission Wealth, I execute on high level initiatives including overall vision, leadership, strategy, and implementation of marketing and business development programs at the firm. I lead the firm’s digital growth initiative and build out the marketing technology stack needed to automate and deliver new business opportunities. I develop end-to-end marketing direction that delivers messaging, branding, digital presence, support, demand generation, content, research, and thought leadership. I collaborate closely with the firm’s department leaders to ensure that our marketing programs support the firm’s growth objectives for B2B, B2C, and M&I segments. In August 2018, I had the honor of being named by Pacific Coast Business Times as a 2018 Top 40 Under 40 Business professional -- a part of the new generation reshaping the leadership ranks and the economy of the Tri-Counties. I graduated from UCSB in 2005 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications. Passionate about advancing my marketing skills, I achieved a Marketing Professional Certification from UCSB Extension in 2012. In December 2017, I achieved my MBA with a Certificate of Excellence in Entrepreneurship, Strategic Management & Nonprofit Social Business from Antioch University, Santa Barbara.
