Dentsu North & Central Europe - Chief Marketing Technology Officer

Recently appointed as a member of the Executive & Management committees, I oversee four practices which intervene at strategic moments of the customer life cycle - My priority is to ensure blue-infinity delivers an outstanding and consistent experience to clients who trust our digital transformation expertise.

Four practices geared towards creating one outstanding customer experience:

- The "Strategy & Solution" practice is actively driving acquisition of new customers by advising and positioning the most relevant solutions to address our clients business opportunities and pain points.

- Our "Project Management" practice is designed to ensure our Project Managers are trained and coached to deliver best-in-class project management. Thanks to those we deliver our projects on Time & Quality.

- Our "PMO" practice is in charge of ensuring that the right Project Management methodologies are defined and followed by our consultants. They helping our teams sustain a transparent and effective collaboration with our clients and related parties.

- Our "Engagement Management" practice is accountable for ensuring cross-functional projects are efficiently delivered. Those senior professionals help ensure continued C-Level engagement and ensure smooth delivery of our largest projects.

All-in-all, this is no less than 40 Digital professionals working towards creating the right experience to our most valued customers.

I was fortunate to join blue-infinity at a pivotal moment - The organisation just had initiated the creation of a Strategy & Solution Practice focused on attracting new customers while growing revenue related to strategic advisory services. Not only was I able to on-board 10 Senior Consultants to craft and shape the success of the practice, but I also was exposed on a personal side to a broad range of international customers facing Digital Transformation needs. In that context, I have been invited to influence the digital transformation of companies like Heineken, Wyndham, Novartis, Interdiscount or Hublot by positioning leading solutions such as Salesforce.com, Microsoft, Adobe to support the needs of their organisation.

While still in my previous role, I had the opportunity to co-lead the development of our company-wide Global CRM Strategy, a project initiated to consolidate, globalize and elevate our customer relationship management efforts. This project, resulted in the identification of five CRM Capabilities tagged as foundational for our organizations. Our current focus is to build these capabilities, ensuring that tools are aligned with our business processes and training methodologies.

As regional leader of our CRM Program my initial initiative was to develop a Maturity Model Assessment supporting the evaluation of CRM needs for our 13 businesses. These assessments having highlighted need for better Marketing Solutions, I naturally partnered with our Marketing professionals to initiate projects optimizing the way DuPont tackles demand generation efforts. My position within the corporate group helped me lead the development of specific digital solutions (Tradeshow App., Call Center optimization) while acting as thought partner for our businesses in areas like Marketing Segmentation, Value Proposition Definition, Pricing and Lead Management.

EMEA CRM Leader

In this role within corporate marketing & sales function, I had the opportunity to define and execute end-2-end demand generation campaigns primarily focused on identifying growth opportunities in emerging markets (Central & Eastern Europe). Aside from improving my digital marketing skills such as SEO, SEM, I have successfully deployed a network of country website in these countries, doubled the overall conversion rate of our websites (Six-Sigma Project) and managed our regional product-information team.

eMarketing & CRM Specialist

As early contributor to DuPont CRM program, my initial focus has been to drive the roll-out of core Salesforce.com modules to more than 1200 users within five different SBUs. Some of the key achievements include the development and deployment of the company first APEX code (custom programming) as well as the successful implementation of a change management program that addressed business specific requirements while remaining aligned with our corporate governance.
