Today, Gelato represents the world's largest network of printers and logistics options. Gelato produces personalized print products in 33 countries, reaching more than 5 billion people. Focused on Print On Demand Products, thousands of online stores connect to Gelato for customized items produced locally and delivered within an average of 72 hours. Faster, smarter, greener.

Optimalprint first became Source Logistic in 2012 and then Gelato in 2013/2014. Optimalprint is still a part of Gelato, and it's the part I worked most on, in particular owning digital marketing and product development. Being a start-up at the time, I wore many hats.

Part of the leadership team, my main responsibilities were:
- Optimalprint's global sales, marketing, product development and customer service. Our global Trustpilot score in January 2017 was 9.5/10 from more than 100,000 customer reviews
- Leading Optimalprint's commercial launch in 5 new markets: US, Canada, Australia, Switzerland and New Zealand

Full responsibility & daily optimization of all marketing channels on a global level:
- Google AdWords (now Google Ads) & Bing/Yahoo (paid search / SEM)
- Facebook Ads
- Programmatic display advertising e.g. DoubleClick and AdRoll
- Web analytics incl Google Analytics
(practically a combined role as VP Marketing, Marketing Director / Marketing Manager and Marketing Executive)

- As Product Owner / Product Manager heading product development incl CRO, UX, landing page and AB testing across the user journey

- People manager: responsible for a team of 3 data / digital marketing analysts and coordinating 20 customer service agents

- Part of the leadership/management team.

Since 2017 at Google, advising our largest advertisers in Norway, the Netherlands and across Northern Europe, in different capacities. Before Google, for 5 years at Gelato / Optimalprint as Product Owner / PM in the leadership team and heading global marketing and sales. I.e. strategic, consultancy, tactical and operational experience.
