By analyzing data and AI trends, I was able to customize solutions to meet the specific needs of each partner. Additionally, I conducted training sessions to ensure our partners were equipped with the knowledge and skills to maximize the benefits of the platform.

He has covered clients in the retail and consumer goods space focusing on their supply chain and distribution optimisation until 2007.

In the last years, he returned to the financial services sector where he has been in charge of the relationship with different major Belgian banks and insurers. He's focusing on helping his clients in improving their distribution channel. Next to that, he concentrates on streamlining their business processes and data integration by leveraging process and data models underpinned by the right methodology and tooling.

His focus for the coming years will be moving even further to the front office by introducing analytics to better understand the clients, predict their behaviours and determine what the next best actions can be. Similarly, the introduction of analytics in the business processes will become increasingly important to reduce costs, improve straight-through processing and use feedback loops for continuous improvement.

I lead the successful Home'Bank project for ABN AMRO bank between 1993 and 1995. During this time, we developed an advanced personal banking and investment application with a graphical DOS interface. Clients were not only able to consult their statements and transfer money. They also had the possibility to classify their expenses and keep track of their budgets. Next to that, they were able to make investments, even in advanced products such as options.
This application was a huge success for ABN AMRO and had 70.000 active clients which was exceptional in that period.
