Always climb a mountain and challenge yourself - and never forget to reward yourself with a nice view or good people around you. When I was a kid, I stood in the backyard of my parents house in the countryside of Bavaria observing the sky and waiting for F-16 from the military passing by. With 21, I started studying aerospace engineering and focused on aircraft design and lightweight structures. During this time, I further developed my passion for future concept, innovative products and thinking outside the box, especially conceptualizing problems differently ("sideward retractable aircraft seat"). My focus was to challenge myself in looking at sustainability in the future aircraft concepts and into managerial processes. My subsequent studies at TUM School of Management opened up new ways of thinking and following more my passion for innovation combined with management. In the last years I have worked in startups and large international companies and gained experience in solving realworld problems by bringing in my passion in the intersection of strategy and technology. I am always self-motivated, optimistic and always fully committed to my projects. Creating something in a team is always my highest priority, listening to other ideas and finding solutions to impossible problems - I'm in. Besides my working committment I enjoy taking my paraglider to the mountains and enjoy the nature while combining concentrated search for thermals with feeling free like a bird. Both, winter and summer nature provides me a place to recover and leave daily business behind. Sailing with friends, enjoying backcountry skiing or just hiking refuels my energy reserves.
