Selling more and higher CPM’s by insourcing the 2nd largest revenue stream: Display Advertising and a seamless implementation of the back end processes and systems accordingly;

I'll always remember the moment Arosha appeared on my radar! 🎯 

It was half 2021…

We (as digital agency and actually the whole 🌎) were already 1,5 years struggling & navigating through the challenging Pandemic - desperately figuring out how to support the physical and mental wellbeing on individual and team level in the best possible way. 

Luckily one of my responsibilities was People & Culture, and based on a belief that there should be Digital Solutions in the space of Welbeing - I started a search...

That's when I encountered Quan - employee well-being, and discovered one of its founders: Arosha. ✨

I think we all know this famous quote: 

“People don’t buy what you do…People buy ✨WHY✨you do it” ….

That was first thought or better put: feeling when we first met in a Zoom..

Although Quan’s solution was at that moment in a Minimal x Minimal Viable Product stage, I right away was ‘hooked’ by her genuine intrinsic motivation and mission “To place wellbeing at the 💜 of success”! 

So yes ultimately we became one of the first launching customers! 🚀

Fast forward to today: 

It’s far too easy to say in hindsight “yeah it was just a matter of time, before Tech would successfully enter the space of Wellbeing” …

Back in 2021 it wasn’t that clear at all (!), although the pandemic forced “awareness” about the importance of taking care of our wellbeing and looking out for each other - it was still a big big ❓'HOW' Tech can become a valuable enabler….

Now here comes the significant importance of the intrinsic motivation, fundamental belief, and resilience of the founding team - Arosha & Lucy! 

3 things what I’ve learned and whitnessed closely the last 3 years:

💜Practice what you preach: always put the wellbeing of yourself and team - first!

💜Startup life is an unknown x unknown road, when you need to let people go do it with respect and be open within your team! 

💜Find and select Foundational Customers, Team members, Investors, Partners and Fanbassadors (won’t mentioned one:)) that not only understand the companies mission, but also are willing to support you no matter what the uncertainties are!

And as a bonus:

💜no matter how many times you have to Pivot, stay true to your vision and mission💜
