Responsible for long and short-term volume forecasting, work measurement standards and master operating plans for the Grand Rapids Package Division.

Industrial Engineering Package Planner

Responsible for providing Engineering Marketing support to the District Marketing and Sales team, Staff, and Operations.  In addition, provide support in the development of the District Marketing plans and strategies.

District Sales & Marketing Industrial Engineer

Supported the small package function to ensure it met and exceeded customer service and quality objectives.  Assisted with the development, assessment, and alignment of service goals with company objectives.  Also, supported the implementation of training activities and provided operational support.

Operations Excellence and Improvement Supervisor

Responsible for long and short-term volume forecasting, work measurement standards and master operating plans for the Midnight Hub sort.
•	Implemented changes in the automated small sort that resulted in an annual savings of $44,316.
•	Consistently within +/- 2% on long-term and short-term volume forecasts.  
•	Worked with the operations management team to develop daily operating plans and improve efficiency.
•	Increased credibility of the IE department by following up on projects, demonstrating accuracy and developing cross functional relationships.

Industrial Engineering Hub Planner

Responsible for the International service and compliance of 24 centers within the Michigan district.  Responsible for performing bi-monthly Regulatory Compliance Reviews within centers. 
•	Achieved a number one ranking out of 8 districts on the North Central Region International Balanced scorecard for 2006.
•	Achieved a number five ranking out of 54 districts on the Corporate International Balanced scorecard for 2006.
•	Achieved success through implementation of new International service offerings and follow-up with the district International employees.  
•	Developed special operating plans for large International shipments with minimal turn around time available.

District International Coordinator

Responsible for operating numerous outbound areas within the Grand Rapids Hub.
•	Obtained number one ranking on internal balanced scorecard in 2003.
•	Obtained three years in a row of zero injuries under my supervisory tenure.
•	Balanced staffing needs to ensure a successful short and long-term operation.
•	Developed four employees that were promoted to supervision from within.
