- Communicated with agents and writers through email in several languages, including Spanish, English, and French. 
- Reviewed and organized incoming manuscripts with SAP. 
- Wrote a basic SAP manual for future interns.

I have a background in education and hospitality, with several years of experience working as a tour guide and running my freelance tourism business in Barcelona, Spain. 

These experiences allowed me to begin working on my communication and sales skills, and recently I was able to take on a new role as a sales representative at Autodesk in the USA, where I advise and guide customers on finding the right Autodesk software for their needs.

I offer a proactive approach to understand my customer's context and problems, and work with them closely to find out the best software tools for their current situation. Thanks to my fluency in English, Spanish, and French, I can connect with a wide variety of clients from different backgrounds and nationalities.
