As a certified people person, I love creating strong bonds and building long lasting relationships. I’m happiest when everyday is different and I’m called to respond intuitively to unexpected situations. As an Executive Producer, I get to be the connecting link between creative departments at brands&agencies and all different film departments, taking projects from A to Z and overseeing that the highest quality is delivered. As an entrepreneur and founder of Mr.Frank (commercial) & Mrs.Frank (doc and fiction), I've been blessed with incredible opportunities to exercise my entrepreneurial mindset. From creating the brands (tone of voice, identity, visual concept, ethos), to learning and mastering operation processes (legal, finance, hr, marketing, pr), down to the execution (events, collaborations, branded products). And of course the most important, our team. I've learned as much as I've mentor and I dearly enjoy that. As a Human Being, I care about my life having a positive impact in the world. Although starting from humble beginnings and working hard to get here, I can't stop thinking how privileged I am. Not everyone is that lucky, so I find it extremely important to give back in anyway I can. Storytelling has the power to change lives, to inspire, to teach. As filmmakers, I believe we have the responsibility to use that power for a greater cause. Wether that's representation in front and behind the camera on a commercial set, or investing time, money and resources in films that will regenerate awareness for causes, every action counts.
