Main objective is to develop and execute a sales strategy that gains market share, exceed revenue growth quota, build high levels of customer success and drives sales skill/career development for the team, aligned to Salesforce values: Trust, Customer Success, Innovation, Growth, Equality and Sustainability. 

Key responsibilities:
- Supporting Account Executives by participating and leading in client meetings and engaging other corporate resources as required;
- Ongoing coaching mentoring and development of sales team which includes recruiting, hiring and training duties;
- Conducting weekly, monthly and Q revenue forecast meetings for respective territories;
- Coaching direct reports in sales strategy, pipeline management, opportunity management and career planning/development
- Alignment and coordination with extended teams of SDR/BDR, Pre-Sales and Cloud Sales 
- Reporting on sales activity and revenue forecast
- Consistently monitoring and enhancing the sales activities of the team
- Develop the Go To Market strategy for the respective territory
- Identify hiring and competency / skills gaps in Sales team
- Help grow and maintain a healthy regional partner ecosystem to drive sales, technology adoption, and successful deployment of Salesforce
