Regional Product Manager for Millicom's fintech vertical (Tigo Money). Tigo Money operates in 6 countries of latin america with more than 5 million users transacting up to USD 4B.

As regional product manager I was in charge of the onboarding process of new users into the digital wallet, launched 1 new market (Panamá) and helped grow 5 others (Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, Bolivia, Paraguay). We were able to multiply by 4x the conversion rate of the funnel by designing an intuitive experience supported by best-in-class technology including Facetec and Amazon Rekognition.

Anheuser-Busch InBev

Product Lead for AB-InBev's Direct-to-Consumer e-commerce vertical in Panama. During my time in this position I helped the teams to optimize our SLA in 10% by improving the fulfilment process with the implementation a new orders notifications channel. Also built analytics for decision making that helped us identify and prioritize several bug fixes which enabled us to improve checkout abandonment rate by 50%, NPS and Demand Coverage in about 10%

Design, implement and lead the strategies of monetization (up-sell & cross-sell) and retention / churn reduction of prepaid & postpaid customers that allowed the company to reduce churn by 50% and ARPU to increment in about 30% for CVM campaigns targeted customers. Build deep dive analytics using data mining strategies such as Oracle PL SQL for ETL processes. Tableau Development for Dashboards and Analytics.

End-to-end products management for B2C & B2B segments. Build business cases for products in my domain to seek profitability and monthly forecast of profit and losses (P&Ls). Design the UX and the technical documents for the development of my products. As PM in Digicel I was responsible of the design of the "unlimited LTE" offering for the major re-launch of Digicel in Panama back in 2018. This product allowed the company to 2x its market share in just 3 months

Design and coordinate implementation of Value Added Services for Telefonica's Operation in Nicaragua: Premium Services, Prepaid Data and SMS Packages, Traffic & Revenue Growth Services. During my time in this position I was able to launch 2 outstanding products that enabled Movistar to achieve its leadership in the market: 1) Amigos Movistar: product that enabled tinder-like experiences using just SMS to incentivize P2P traffic & revenues. 2) Club millonario which enabled subscribers to win appealing cash prizes with a low recurrent cost.
