*Develop, implement and conduct specific HSSE training programs

*HSSE Communication - TBT, HSSE Initiative, Awareness campaigns/posters HSSE Committee Meeting
*Certifications/surveillance audits, 3rd party audits & inspections – coordinate, attend, respond
*All KPI’s and statistics tracked and reported to management on timely basis

Achievements:
	GAC Internal Auditors Recognition Award 2013 & 2014 – for contribution toward carrying out effective Internal Audits by ensuring compliance to processes and identifying areas for improvement
	Started the basis of HSSE Department, by implementing and maintaining H&S procedures/processes in the DC department, the biggest of the company, with over 900 staff and 6 warehouses

*Maintain and update Top 15 clients Scorecards monthly

Today I had the honour and privilege to be part of the panellist at International Women’s Day event organised by Citibank Global in Dubai! ⭐️

Along with the other 2 speakers (part of Citibank Management) we talked about International Women’s Day theme, Embrace Equity, but also about how women can gain Confidence, build leadership skills, Importance of coaching and mentorship, understand the power of peer support and how to breakdown barriers that hold women back😊

We could have go on for hours probably, as was a very interesting discussion and questions from audience, but hopefully we’ll continue having such events to empower women! 😍

It’s good to see that corporate world it’s taking more actions 😉 to empower women and reduce the gap of different discriminations and embrace equity (not only today)! 


And glad that now, I can spread the message from the other side (as a coach & panelist member)! 🤩😊
