FTC is a non-governmental, non-partisan and non-profit organization that acts as an umbrella structure for the youth community in Cluj County, bringing together 37 NGOs and youth and student structures.

At the micro level, the main goal of the federation is to conceptualize and carry out initiatives dedicated to the community it represents in order to ensure innovative mechanisms and tools that promote the sustainable, tenable and responsible development of youth in Cluj County. The materialization of this desideratum is supported by the projects, initiatives and programs developed, at local, regional, national and international level, such as: Cluj Never Sleeps, Cluj Youth Gala, Cluj for Youth and the governance of the Romanian Youth Capital program; the expertise in implementation and management being taken from the model of the Cluj European Capital of Youth 2015 program.

In extenso, the federation places itself as an important actor in the area of youth policies at local and national level, supporting and getting involved in various actions to increase initiatives aimed at young people as direct beneficiaries.

BISNET Transylvania, comprising ten organizations in the Central and North West regions of Romania, is funded by the European Commission through the Small and Medium Enterprise Competitiveness Program (COSME) to provide business and innovation support services promoted under the Enterprise Europe Network umbrella.

The Enterprise Europe Network provides support for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) with international ambitions. Co-funded by the European Union's COSME[1] and Horizon 2020[2] programmes, the Network's aim is to help businesses innovate and grow internationally.

The Network is active in more than 60 countries worldwide. It brings together 3,000 experts from more than 600 member organisations.

Cluj IT has been part of the European Enterprise Network since January 2022.

Cluj IT is a cluster based organization formed of active organizations in the information technology field: providers of software services and solutions, universities and research institutes, public bodies and other catalyst organizations.
Founded in October 2012, Cluj IT is an innovation based value chain network of Romanian IT companies and related organizations with the purpose of increasing the competitiveness and growth of IT services and products on international markets and of creating a strong sustainable public – private partnership in order to improve the life quality of the community we are part of.

Events Officer and Liaison

The purpose of the project is to increase the level of digitization among relevant SMEs, which operate in fields identified according to SNC and SNCDI, through promoting measures to raise awareness of workplace learning in the field of digitalization, improving the level of knowledge, skills or digital skills of employees and introducing workplace learning programs in the field of digitalization, thus facilitating the flexible adaptation of the business environment to developments technological and sustainable and quality employment of the labour force in the sectors with competitive potential of the Romanian economy.

Development of new cross-sectoral and cross-border industrial value-chains, supporting innovative SMEs and facilitated by clusters, to foster the development of Blue Growth key industries in Europe to be competitive at the global level. This development will be based on the construction of new industrial value chains and the reconfiguration of existing ones driven by the integration of technologies and know-how from aerospace and ICT communities to the following Blue Growth domains: ports, ships, shipyards and surveillance.

Assistant Manager - GALATEA project

The aim of the project is to promote measures to raise awareness of workplace learning, improve the level of knowledge, skills or abilities of employees and develop and introduce workplace learning programs in relevant SMEs, which operate in areas identified according to SNC and SNCDI, thus facilitating sustainable and quality employment and supporting labor mobility in the North West Region, over a period of 18 months.

The project is co-financed from the European Social Fund through the Human Capital Operational Program 2014 - 2020 (POCU/464/3/12/127968) implemented in partnership by the APM, Cluj IT Association and SIIT.

Expert Organizare Ateliere de Conștientizare - proiect CompetActiv+

DIH4Society

The Digital Innovation Hub called DIH4S was established in 2019 by Cluj IT Cluster under the CRONOS project, financed under a national scheme of the Ministry of Research and Innovation, which supported innovative clusters to foster the structural transformation of national industry. In this framework, Cluj IT cluster set up a Digital Innovation Center that acts as an umbrella to bring together competences of IT companies and research groups focused on digital technologies, AI, data science and industry 4.0 and prepare specialized services for non-IT private and public organizations on digitization, digitalization, digital innovation and digital transformation.

Andreea has been an active member of the civil society for more than 5 years, promoting youth involvement in the public sphere and innovation as a Board Member of various student organizations. During her extensive volunteering experience, Andreea developed strong leadership skills and a visionary organizational ability. Her areas of expertise include topics such as organizational management, project management, societal innovation therefore she is especially passionate about developing efficiency techniques in the workplace and the society as a whole.
