I tend to (2) 250 HP steam generators and (2) 200 hp boilers plus all associated pumps. I also handle all HVAC as in air handlers, steam traps, steam PRV's, centrifugal chillers, cooling towers, chemical testing and a multitude of service in the associated field. I also have 3 diesel powered generators I run and do preventive maintenance on. I handle patient calls when needed and fill in for other staff as necessary. I also do fire system testing and response. I make repairs as needed to any and all equipment. I lead a small crew of 4 Maintenance personal and 10 environmental services staff. Coordinate projects for the evening and night shifts. Assign duties to staff for cleaning and/or floor care. Properly disinfect public area's and patient rooms. Set up negative pressure rooms.I'm here to provide a great service to all customers! I enjoy doing whatever assigned as I do taking care of staff and patients needs. I take care of environmental controls, steam management, water distribution, heating and whatever needs arise! It's a good place to work and we strive to make it great! We are a Joint Commission certified hospital and proud of it!

It's a shame the hospital went under! The doors closed September of 2019!
Tended to 2, 500 HP antique boilers running at 90PSI, these were designed for use at 160PSI with absorbers in their day. 
Worked on all aspects of steam operated devices, rebuilt steam traps and condensate pumps.
Took care of water distribution, water heaters, conditioning water for potable use as well as use in boilers.
Made repairs to HVAC equipment, air handlers, performed PM's of equipment. Replaced belts, bearings, controllers and filters.
Implemented a filter program with better filtration to the hospital as a whole.

Extensive knowledge in HVAC, pneumatic and digital controls, such as Landis & Gyr, Honeywell, Andover, Johnson Controls (DSC &  Metesys) and Powers.
Able to diagnose and completely repair all tasks assigned by office, supervisor, patient or doctor.
Respond to emergency calls 24/7.
A working knowledge of hydraulic and hydronic systems and technologies and the ability to read, understand and use complex blueprints, schematics and equipment manuals. 
Customer interaction on job sight.
Extensive preventive maintenance in beds (Hill-Rom, Steris, Stryker, birthing beds, ICU beds, patient equipment and stretchers.
