As the CEO of Unipac Packaging Products Ltd, a Rootlogix company, and a partner of Rootlogix, I leverage my 20+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, business transformation, leadership, and innovation to solve complex business problems and create value for customers, suppliers, and stakeholders. Unipac is one of Canada's largest national food distributors, serving the food industry with packaging, ingredients, and other products. Prior to joining Rootlogix, I worked with some of the world's finest technology and innovation companies, such as ExperiencePoint, Salesforce, BlackBerry, and SAP, leading teams and delivering double-digit growth and outperforming company metrics. I am passionate about working with and befriending some truly spectacular individuals in this journey. I hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from the Rotman School of Management specializing in strategic management.
