Growth Strategist

Genero – The Growth Marketing Co.

Genero is a Nordic growth (marketing) agency with +120 talented digital marketers, designers, developers, service designers and creatives. We work with companies and organizations such as Forenom, Snellman, Pentik, Aalto EE, Finnish Design Shop, Ellos, Helsingin Kaupunki and Ruokaboksi. 


I was working as eCommerce team’s lead consultant. 

As a everyday work that meant:

Digital Strategist

NoHo Partners

I work on digital channels for some of the flagship restaurants and lead marketing+partnerships for ”project Hernesaaren Ranta”.

- Hernesaaren Ranta was a 5 year event and restaurant pop-up area. I worked on the concept, marketing strategy, B2B sales and partnerships. 

The whole planning process from interior design to marketing was done by focusing on the customer experience. We were one of the first ones in Finland enabling customers to move freely with drinks and food around the whole event area. Concept that has since become standard for most restaurant areas and festivals. 

The first year was a huge success with 200 000 customers in 2,5months. Second year, we launched phase 2 and doubled the size of the venue. In only 2 years our team was also able to build a Facebook community of 31k followers and leaned solely on digital channels for marketing activities.
