Scale-up that needed support professionalising to create more operational efficiency. Focused on workflow and proces optimisation  for the  multi-disciplinary team. Interim IT Project & Operations Manager with the focus on Process Improvement. 

- Strategic partner: worked with C-level to translate their vision into actionable steps.
- Operations: focused on process and workflow optimisation. Implemented project management tool (Asana) and set up automations. This included the migration from Clickup.
