This process included prospecting, forecasting, qualifying, closing and optimize local marketing activities. In April 2015, I held the speech “Leverage your network to develop Customer Loyalty” at the Nordics Customer Experience Management conference (CX).

SeaNet Maritime Communications AB

Seanet is a start-up Mobile Service Provider that provides mobile and Internet SaaS services to passengers and crew on board of vessels at sea. Mobile backhaul transmission is done via satellite.

As responsible for sales and marketing, my tasks included direct sales, establishment of new indirect sales channels, recruitment of new international sales staff as well as execute consumer marketing (B2C) to increase usage of SeaNet’s services. I was part of the company’s management team. During my employment, the installed customer base increased from 12 to 60 vessels.
