My servant-leader mentality is rooted in post-9/11 service in the US Army. I successfully transitioned to the regulated energy industry in 2008 and continue to focus on improving organizational performance in a rapidly changing workforce. My experiences include management through exceptional circumstances, emergency response, and steady state operations.
