●	Reviewing and vetting contenders for the biannual cohort of start-ups at Bethnal Green Ventures (BGV) including new cohorts in Jan '21 and Jun '21
●	Mentoring businesses as part of each cohort and working with other mentors and BGV experts to advise on marketing & growth strategies
●	Consulting with digestive health tech start-up on how to grow from a founding team (chef and tech lead) to marketing and growth ops.
●	Consulting with voice-led ed tech start up on how to develop their product with in a consumer centric approach that included proposition, game and brand development.
●	Delivering the growth strategy for clinical decision support start up. Developing their brand positioning, growth architecture and marketing plans.

Achievements:
●	Working with senior management to shape company strategy, and create an aggressive roadmap for the company’s shift from D2C to B2B/2C focus
●	Expanded the marketing team from 1 to 5 members including Design, Copywriting, Community Management, SEO, Paid Media, CRM and analytics
●	Working closely with Product and Engineering teams to optimise customer experiences across all touch points, enhancing the quality of data collected for insights and activation
●	Developed an integrated Sales and Marketing funnel for emerging B2B and B2B2C offerings ensuring clear value proposition, consistency of message and balanced investment
●	Planned and activated Juno’s always-on user acquisition activity and launched their first Brand campaign in partnership with Mumsnet increasing registered users by 492%

Part of the senior management team and responsible for implementing the growth plans for the group by defining group and agency propositions and taking this to market. I have first eyes on new briefs and lead our response by setting strategy and coordinating with the different teams/agencies across the group to deliver integrated digital solutions. I also lead many of the partner agency relationships to develop integrated services.

Responsible for leading digital strategy for any briefs where TIPi Group and Electric Glue collaborated as part of their ongoing agency partnership. I delivered integrated strategies alongside the brand strategy and ATL media planning teams with a focus on developing strong media partnerships that maximised media efficiency/effectiveness and ROI.

Part of the UK leadership team and responsible for the development and integration of our services both within Neo itself and into the rest of WPP.  

This included developing the agency proposition, working with Mindshare as Neo migrated to GroupM and leading performance strategy and digital transformation projects across Travel, FMCG, B2B (Software), Health and Fashion.

Responsible for building deep and trusted relationships with the most senior members at 360i’s expanding client list. Leading the promotion of the agency's full armoury of assets, services and expertise to grow relationships horizontally and vertically.

I have a unique and broad knowledge of digital practices including planning, media, creative, and technology that means that I'm is uniquely placed to deliver consultative services for our clients in order to deliver tailored responses to briefs.

I also have responsibilities building relationships across the Dentsu Aegis Network in order to increase awareness of our agency proposition and services among key network clients, and in doing so, identify opportunities to work with many of our network partners.

Leading the planning team (consisting of advanced analytics, data science, insights and strategy) and defining the best way to deploy their intelligent and informed strategies across integrated digital media, social and creative services.

Tasked with keeping 360i's leading planning practices at the heart of everything we do whilst coordinating the considerable talent and expertise across the agency to innovate and push ourselves with every brief. 

This includes promoting these unique services to clients and consulting on digital solutions to some of their biggest challenges across a range of clients from sectors including, Travel, FMCG, Finance, Auto, Energy, Entertainment, Retail and Charity, 

Part of the management group advising on the day to day running of the company including, new biz planning, financial planning, positioning, recruitment, building network relationships and internal agency management.

I managed a number of Account Directors and by extension a team of experts across Social, Natural Search, Paid Search, Display, and Affiliates and work with them and other colleagues to deliver award winning services. 

My role as Group Account Director meant that I was ultimately responsible for campaigns and client relationships; including cross selling and up selling where relevant.

- strategic advice across multi-disciplines - B2B, B2C, and channels (brand, advertising, DM, CRM , on and offline), in order to help plan and develop clients' businesses
- including running/partaking in strategic workshops, producing strategic reports and directing/overseeing their implementation

Maximising business development (i.e. of 3 existing clients):

- spotting opportunities and reacting accordingly
- involving wider team where appropriate e.g. NBD, Planning support

Managing commercial success of accounts:

- ensuring profitability/accountability
- tackling issues that are leading to unprofitability
- managing resource/investment of time/effort according to potential return
- managing and reporting accurate revenue figures

Responsible for multiple clients including Virgin Holidays, Virgin Holidays Cruises, Virgin Holidays + Hip Hotels, MOO and ComparetheMarket.com - developing strategy for their campaigns whilst managing a team of experts across natural search, paid search, display, affiliates, social and web design & development. 

Working with the team and Heads of Disciplines to deliver digital campaigns whilst integrating with above the line activity and working seamlessly with other agencies. 

Ultimately responsible for campaigns and client relationships; including cross selling and up selling where relevant.
