Experienced Sales Leader with 8 years SaaS selling experience including 4 years in leadership roles. I have now managed and lead Sales teams for 4 years, looking after teams of both AE's and SDR's with the aim to develop the talent I work with to become the best and most consistent performers possible. Having started my career at reed.co.uk as a 360 seller I managed to achieve promotion to Senior Sales in just a year after being a consistent top performer. I then had a short travel break before starting a BDM role at Kantar where again I proved to be one of the top performers before taking my first step into Team Leadership in 2019. Moving to Cision in late 2019, I was quickly moved into another Team Leadership role before starting my first full management role, with no personal quota to carry in October 2020. Since then I have focused on increasing my own management and coaching skills to get the best out of the teams that I lead. As a passionate coach I am proficient in coaching multiple sales methodologies such MEDDPICC, SPIN, the Challenger sale and the Why change story. Having now overseen 16 promotions for my direct reports, I believe I have shown the skills to challenge each person I manage to become better and accelerate their careers.
