Operational responsibility and accountable for procurement, operations, membership sales, enterprise delivery to new Franchisees with direct support to existing Franchisees to gain 100% Network advocacy

- Managed and developed the BMF at Home service delivering 'online at home' BMF Fitness sessions circa 25 weekly covering 16 different BMF themed sessions over 110 online classes with circa 3k bookings per month
- I received and daily managed new Franchisees into a 90 day onboarding process, 13 steps of which I was accountable for Ops, Membership Sales and Consumer Marketing
- Mentored and developed existing Franchises across the business support spectrum to expand and grow their business
- Performed on site audits, business support collaboration, joining the dots ‘in person’ hands on and influencing Franchisee decisions on sales, marketing, equipment, support services via suppliers and maintaining Network advocacy

Lead Teams through a turnaround phase and reorganisation from direct sales to Member Experience led cultures, coaching daily hands on, to promote a owner operator mentality. From a GM  P&L involvement, to AGMs presenting at Regional Meetings.

Chief Operations Officer - COO of Body Masters 33 Clubs covering the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, using my 20 years Health Club and Fitness Industry experience. I was fully responsible for the sales and marketing of the Clubs via social media and traditional outreach such as mall events, achieving membership growth from 30k memberships, to 46k in 14 months. I also introduced and implemented Brand Standards into the business, ensuring we have standardised club audits of people and facilities.

I am a strong leader and invest my time in developing people; my goal is to ensure the member gets the best possible experience -every time. I display and demand of my team, honesty, a high work ethic, discipline and teamwork. I have been involved with the new brand identity roll out of the clubs, with refurbishment programme supervision over the 23 older clubs. I was heavily involved with the sourcing, design, layout, staffing and equipment /services specification of the 7 new clubs under construction.
