Hi I’m Mike, and I’ve been with Redrow since 2018, undertaking numerous roles across marketing, including, web amends and advertising. Currently I’m helping implement a Digital Transformation through the use of the Marketo automation platform. We hope to automate the majority of our marketing emails, SMS, etc… I am also the Customer and Marketing Representative for engagement activities (through HR). This means that I liaise with HR to organise charitable events, volunteering etc… whilst also ensuring that my department colleagues are receiving enough support in work from our HR department.
