I’ve been leading teams my whole career. Out of college I became an infantry officer in the Marine Corps right before 9/11. I ultimately led marines in combat Iraq and Afghanistan, and witnessed firsthand how great leadership allows teams to perform in the most difficult situations. I’ve since started 3 successful companies in the past 15 years. -I’ve experienced fast growth -I’ve grown from 0 to 100 employees -I’ve raised capital and expanded markets I’ve also made every mistake you could possibly imagine along the way, felt the pain of feeling stuck without the tools to break through the ceiling.
