For over 30 years my passion has been building and maintaining partnerships to serve the needs of those in repair, maintenance and operations across many industries. My prime focus has always been on continual and sustained growth for all, and I believe that collaboration and teamwork are keys for success. Together with my team at KRUE Industrial, we have developed several award winning solutions for our customers. One such solution was to design and build custom Outage Kits for one our Utility partners. This sole source solution enabled our customer to eliminate wasteful spending, reduce vendors and logistics, have 24/7 access and accountability, and assure that they have ready inventory and instant access year round for both scheduled and emergency Outages. We were approached about an extensive bill of materials another partner wanted to source from KRUE Industrial. After discussing how these components were going to be used, we advised them that not only could we provide all materials with the manufacturers they prefer but offered them a solution to assemble, test, and deliver these units. Our solution resulted in the successful sourcing, assembly and delivery of over 2,500 Solar Control Boxes that are in use today. After 4 years in service, there has not been one failure reported. This type of approach and next level thinking saves our customers by reducing hundreds of touch points, invoices, and logistics. It has earned KRUE Industrial several prestigious awards and solidifies our commitment to long term partnerships.
