Michael Palm is Vice President of Sales & Marketing at CRP Industries Inc., headquartered in Cranbury, NJ. CRP is a leader in the manufacture, marketing, and supply of automotive parts and industrial products in the NAFTA market. Since his return to CRP more than 18 years ago, Mike has led Marketing, Sales, Customer Service and Product Development in both the CRP Automotive and Industrial sectors. Today, Mike is directly responsible for the planning and execution of CRP’s sales, product & marketing strategy, leading the CRP sales, product & marketing teams, corporate brand positioning and promotion of the company while being a member of the executive management team. And after 30 years in both B2B and B2C sales and marketing environments, Mike has significant experience with the development and execution of integrated sales and marketing programs as well as successfully leading teams to deliver break through outcomes. Mike began his career with CRP in 1986 working in product development and marketing. Those early years were foundational in learning all facets of the business and automotive market. Mike left the company in 1995 to join Berlitz International, a global leader in language instruction and cultural training, in a variety of marketing and business development roles, lastly as Director of Worldwide Marketing. In 2005, the call of the automotive aftermarket was too strong and Mike returned to CRP as VP of Marketing. Mike is a graduate of Shippensburg University with a Bachelor of Science Business Administration (BSBA) degree and was the recipient of Shippensburg University’s 2003 Outstanding Young Alumnus Award. He currently serves on the university’s John L. Grove College of Business Advisory Board with a specific focus on the Marketing Advisory Committee. Mike presently serves on the Import Vehicle Community's Executive Leadership Committee. Mike has been a featured speaker at colleges and marketing conferences on various marketing and leadership topics.
