🔎 At Nutrien, I took my job of supporting the mental well-being of nearly 30,000 employees, leaders, and their families very seriously. 

🔑 In this last role I had the privilege of inspiring over 30 leaders from EDI, Legal, O.E., Integrity, S.H.E, and benefits on the mission to envision, create and implement a Global 'Safe Space' project that communicated, educated, and supported the Psychological Health, Safety and Wellness of over 30,000 employees, leaders, and their families around the globe.  
🔑 On my last week in this role I delivered the cumulus of the Wellness Week I envisioned and created as the Launch of the Safe Space Project to all Nutrien employees, leaders, and their families. 

🔹 This was a virtual, live, and recorded, global delivery that featured 14 speakers that spoke to all 13 factors of Psychological Health and Safety, and all 8 dimensions of wellness.

🔹 I arranged to have this truly inspirational week, and all of its presentations, to be kicked off by our executive sponsors, leaders and committee members of the Safe Space Project. This truly impressive launch had over 2000 unique live viewers and hundreds more via recordings.

Wellness Senior Advisor

🔎 At Nutrien, I took my job of supporting the mental well-being of nearly 30,000 employees, leaders, and their families very seriously. 

🔑 I had the privilege of leading the transition from a full in-person delivery of wellbeing programs and onsite fitness facilities to onboarding a complete virtual delivery platform during a pandemic.
This transition was of utmost importance as it impacted the lives of over 8000 employees, leaders, and their families at 4 Corporate locations across North America, 2 locations in Canada (Calgary, Saskatoon) and 2 locations in the United States (Colorado, Chicago) 

🔑 I played a key role in selecting Nutrien's new Employee Assistance Partner (EAP) This role included interviewing, selecting, onboarding, transitioning, and then communicating an integral service that impacted the lives, and families of over 20,000 employees and leaders all across North America.

🔹 My passion for EAP and the services it brings inspired me to take on the responsibility of ensuring North America wide communication and education of all employees and their families in North America. This is something I embedded as an integral part of the Psychological, Health, Safety, and Wellness 'Safe Space' project I was leading.

Wellness Advisor

🔎 At Nutrien, I took my job of supporting the mental well-being of nearly 30,000 employees, leaders, and their families very seriously. 

🔑 I was onboarded into this role to harmonize the delivery of wellness services, and the operation of onsite fitness centres for all 4 of Nutrien's corporate locations across North America. 
NOTE: This role was previously a Calgary Wellness program delivery only.

🔹 I knew I couldn't do this undertaking alone so I immediately flew to, and onboarded wellness ambassadors at all other 3 corporate locations 
🔹 Created a Wellness intranet sharepoint site and monthly newsletter that provided global delivery and access to over 20,000 Nutrien employee's, leaders and their families. This sharepoint site and newsletter provided access to resources, articles and information that were once unavailable or difficult to locate (eg. EAP contact information, Fitness centre and program waivers)
🔹 Harmonized risk management protocols for North America wide delivery of wellness and fitness centre services (eg. Waiver and fitness centre orientation processes)
🔹 Harmonized the delivery of fitness and wellness services across North America and saved Nutrien over $200,000 US annually

Wellness Coordinator

🔎 At Nutrien, I took this Performance Coaching role of supporting the mental well-being of over 8000 employees, leaders, and their families very seriously. 

🔑 I was onboarded into this role as a life coach to support the Mental Wellbeing of over 1500 employee's, leaders and their families at the Calgary Corporate location during the largest organizational transition in history, from Potash Ash Corp and Agrium Inc. to Nutrien. 

🔹 Coach and supported over 150 unique employees, and leaders each year during the transition 
🔹 Expanded my Life Coaching services to the Saskatoon, Colorado and Chicago corporate locations across North America

🔑 I expanded my Performance Coaching options and delivery to all of Nutrien employees, leaders, and their families across North America.
  
🔹 Coached over 50 employees to their cycling, running, triathlon and fitness goals. 
🔹 Provided injury coaching and ergonomic services in person, and virtually to over 100 people across North America.
🔹 Provided globally delivered presentations to over 100 people monthly, and to over 500 people during Nutrien's Wellness Week

Performance Coach

Mount Royal University

🌞 I am so proud of co-creating, implementing, and coaching the first Running, and Triathlon programs in Calgary that focused on bringing beginner-level athletes into the sports of Running and Triathlon.

🔑 I had the privilege of supporting the Student and Employee base of a very large College. 

🔹 Coached 100's beginner-level athletes with an 'Injury prevention' mindset that focused on teaching proper technique and the importance of body maintenance.

🔑 Supported the creation and delivery of the Annual MRU Triathlon and Running events

🔹 Delivered events that created a Psychologically Safe environment for all beginner-level athletes.

🔎 I was onboarded into this position to be part of the grand opening of the largest Recreation facility expansion in Western Canada. (28 million dollar expansion) and to bring to life the Climbing Centre which was the centrepiece of this incredible facility.

🔑 I provided professional guidance and recommendations to the construction crew that was building the tallest indoor climbing wall in Canada 
🔑 Worked with Risk Management to create waivers, policies and procedures for the safe usage and delivery of services within a large College setting
🔑 I interviewed and hired more than 20 wall monitors, 10 climbing instructors, and 10 route setters to support the business operations and services.
🔑 Worked as a key contributor to creating a corporate vision for our team of 28+ full-time and 150+ part-time recreation employees.  
🔑 I created relationships and partnerships with Scouts Canada and the Calgary Fire Department to be the official training centre for these organizations.
🔑 Created and managed dozens of unique programs and services to support the students, employees, and the local community. 
🔑 Created and managed an Annual budget that exceeded 2 million dollars and one that was expected to run at a deficit. 
🔑 Created a partnership with Yamnuska Inc. out of Canmore to provide outdoor programming for all users of the recreation facility.
