Do you want a person that will positively impact the entire atmosphere of your job site and your company? Then, I am your guy. I was built to encourage and help others see more in themselves than they currently see. I have a passion for leadership. Not only to continue my own personal growth journey as a person of influence, but also to help raise up the next generation of leaders to have a heart to serve and lead from a place of positive influence. Becoming a husband and Daddy has only served to amp up my desire to become the kind of leader my wife and boys are proud of. I received my foundational teamwork values growing up playing sports and having a Dad that coached just about everything. This was a great environment to begin developing my leadership skills and to begin collecting the necessary tools to work with a diverse group on one common goal. Whether it was sports, a fast food restaurant, church outreach, or a construction site, I have always found myself in a leadership role. Early on I don’t recall seeking these roles out, they seemed to find me. As I’ve gotten older, I find great satisfaction pouring into the next generation of leaders to help raise them up to go higher and farther than I could ever dream of going. I started in the construction industry 20 yrs ago, where because of fantastic mentors, I quickly climbed the ranks from a laborer to foreman, estimator, superintendent, and eventually Project Manager. I live my life to get better, to climb higher, and to help others do the same! Because of the great mentoring in my life and my natural wiring, I don’t do anything aimlessly. Even if it is cleaning the house because company is coming over, I have a goal, a plan, and I delegate responsibilities to get the job done! It is the same for me at work or on a job site. Like most, my life has been full of adversity, but I believe I stand out because I was taught to be ready to switch gears on short notice. I have learned to assess the situation daily, make necessary changes, and keep the team moving towards the common goal. I’m excited for an opportunity to bring my experience to the culture at your company. I believe work should be and can be fun! I come with a teachable spirit and a hungry and humble heart to join in with this team to serve our customers and keep them coming back! I appreciate you taking the time to consider me.
